According to a document entitled â€œTerrorism Awareness and Prevention: Participant Guideâ€ distributed by the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security & Preparedness (which you can see embedded below), almost every single action should be treated as suspicious.
These include glances, wide open eyes, cold penetrating stares, trance-like gazes, exaggerated yawning when engaged in conversation, protruding or beating neck arteries, repetitive touching of face, tugging on or covering ears, increased breathing rate, panting, excessive fidgeting, clock watching, head turning, pacing or jumpiness, trembling, unusual perspiration, goose bumps, and/or rigid posture with minimal body movements and arms close to sides.
In other words, if youâ€™re late for something or in a rush (â€œexcessive fidgeting, clock watchingâ€), you might be a terrorist. If youâ€™ve been exercising (â€œincreased breathing rate, panting,â€ â€œprotruding or beating neck arteriesâ€), you might be a terrorist.
On the other hand, if youâ€™re tired (â€œtrance-like gaze,â€ â€œexaggerated yawningâ€) you also might be a terrorist. Yet, if youâ€™re energetic or perhaps drank too much coffee (â€œwide open â€˜flashbulb eyes,â€™â€ â€œpacing or jumpy,â€ â€œtrembling,â€ â€œunusual perspiration,â€ â€œexcessive fidgetingâ€), you might also be a terrorist.
Youâ€™d better not be too energetic, too tired, in a rush, plagued by a wide range of medical conditions, returning from exercise, or generally display almost any bodily behaviors as someone might consider you a suspicious person and report you for possible terrorist activity.
What is being discussed in this article is “probable cause”. “Law enforcement” officers these days are not known for their imposing intellect. They need clear guidance to follow in their activities. Guides like the one published by Homeland Security are intended to provide with clues to look for when assessing behavior of suspect individuals. And to provide them with cover when challenged about abuse of authority. After all, the suspect displayed a number of characteristic signs as laid out in the guide book, so that means there was probable cause.
Radiation Found To Be The #1 Cause of Tobacco-Related Cancers

A recent review published in the journal Nicotine & Tobacco Research summarized this disturbing fact of history as follows:
…[T]he industry was not only cognizant of the potential ‘cancerous growth’ in the lungs of regular smokers but also did quantitative radiobiological calculations to estimate the long-term (25 years) lung radiation absorption dose (rad) of ionizing alpha particles emitted from the cigarette smoke. Our own calculations of lung rad of alpha particles match closely the rad estimated by the industry. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, the industry’s and our estimate of long-term lung rad of alpha particles causes 120-138 lung cancer deaths per year per 1,000 regular smokers.
These findings indicate that the tobacco industryâ€™s relationship to their consumer base was (and still is) homicidal, in the worst, premeditated sense of the word. Moreover, the industry actually knew how to mitigate the problem, but realized it would interfere with the addictive power of their product (and therefore profitability) to do so:
Acid wash was discovered in 1980 to be highly effectively in removing (210)Po from the tobacco leaves; however, the industry avoided its use for concerns that acid media would ionize nicotine converting it into a poorly absorbable form into the brain of smokers thus depriving them of the much sought after instant ‘nicotine kick’ sensation.
Polonium 210 is extraordinarily toxic when ingested or inhaled. In fact, it is 4,500 times more toxic than radium 226 — a startling fact considering that during the Manhattan Project (1944), the “tolerance dose” for workers was set at 0.1 microgram of ingested radium.
When incorporated into the body, radioisotopes like Polonium 210 emit alpha particles, which are the radiobiological equivalent of howitzers on a cellular level, profoundly damaging, mutating and destroying DNA, as well as causing other forms of irreparable damage to the cell. Because of the fact that the dominant radiation risk model does not acknowledge the profoundly detrimental effects of low-dose, internalized radioisotope exposure (largely because it was developed before the discovery of DNA in the early ’50s, and was based on external exposures to the type of gamma-radiation associated with atomic bomb blast), the true dangers associated with Polonium 210 have been largely concealed or discounted.
Ok, so if you are a smoker, it turns out you are exposing yourself to more than 36 times the level of ionizing radiation that workers at nuclear power plants, nuclear weapons facilities and crews of nuclear naval vessels might be expected to receive. And this information has been known since the late 50′s, well documented since the 60′s and was available to the public since the 80′s.

In the U.S. study titled: â€˜An Unexpected Mortality Increase in the United States Follows Arrival of the Radioactive Plume from Fukushima: Is There a Correlation?â€™ a period of 28 weeks of mortality rates were examined- 14 before and 14 after the disaster.
What authors Joseph Mangano and Janette Sherman discovered was that:
â€œDeaths rose 4.46 percent from 2010 to 2011 in the 14 weeks after the arrival of Japanese fallout, compared with a 2.34 percent increase in the prior 14 weeks. The number of infant deaths after Fukushima rose 1.80 percent, compared with a previous 8.37 percent decrease. Projecting these figures for the entire United States yields 13,983 total deaths and 822 infant deaths in excess of the expected. These preliminary data need to be followed up, especially in the light of similar preliminary U.S. mortality findings for the four months after Chernobyl fallout arrived in 1986, which approximated final figures.â€
Is it fair to compare Chernobyl with Fukushima? And if so, can we extrapolate from that comparison an idea how much worse the latter is with the former?

The phrase â€˜source termâ€™ indicates any source emanating uncontrolled radiation. In the case of the Fukushima Daiichi facility, the NRC FOIA documents reveal that authorities were considering a possible six source terms for their modeling: the #1 through #4 reactors and the two spent fuel pools of Units #3 and #4.
Compounding the problem, the controversial plutonium-containing â€˜MOXâ€™ fuel was being used at Fukushima. How dangerous is MOX fuel?
Consider this quote from author Praful Bidwaiâ€™s article â€˜Warning Signalsâ€™ found in a March 2011 issue of Indiaâ€™s â€˜Frontlineâ€™ magazine:
â€œâ€¦Reactor 3 uses mixed uranium-plutonium oxide (MOX) fuel in the core. According to Edwin Lyman of the UCS [Union of Concerned Scientists], â€˜the use of MOX generally increases the consequences of severe accidents in which large amounts of radioactive gas and aerosol are released compared to the same accident in a reactor using non-MOX fuelâ€¦.Because of this, the number of latent cancer fatalities resulting from an accident could increase by as much as a factor of five for a full core of MOX fuel compared to the same accident with no MOX.â€™ â€
Thanks to high-resolution photos available on the website pinktentacle.com, even the casual observer can see that the #3 reactor has sustained the greatest damage.
Furthermore, according to Amina Khanâ€™s Los Angeles Times interview of Robert Alvarez, a former senior policy adviser for the U.S. Energy Department, the #3 reactor may have experienced something other than a hydrogen explosion:
â€œâ€™They were irradiating Plutonium in Unit 3, which experienced the biggest explosion,â€™ he said. In fact, the explosion was so massive that investigators found fuel rod fragments a mile away, leading to speculation that a supercritical fission event may have also occurred, Alvarez said.â€
All of this is bad news, but if the meltdowns had taken place at a nuclear plant in Australia, the effects of fallout on the U.S. would have been greatly reduced based simply on the actual physical distance between the two points and the location of the worldâ€™s jet streams.
The unfortunate reality is that the United States is in direct line with a powerful jet stream that flows from Japan, over Hawaii and to the West Coast.
Segment #3: Feature Presentation – Project update from Tommey Reed

Tommey Reed is a regular in the live chat room for the SmartScarecrow Show. Sometimes a bit confrontational, he is none the less an aggressive builder who has many interesting projects to his credit.
Most recently he has been showing us his prototype of an external combustion rotary engine concept. Some of the machining he requires to complete this prototype has forced him to design and build his own custom CNC machine.
Tonight we hope to get a look at how the work on his CNC machine is progressing.
As I write this, Tommey has not confirmed his scheduled appearance on the show. I hope he has it on his calendar and shows up as planned. If not, I may have to get out my dancing shoes to entertain the audience.

Tommey Reed has confirmed that he will be making his presentation as planned this evening. Tommey has become quite frustrated with the both the cost and quality of workmanship experienced in his attempts to have custom components fabricated for his rotary engine prototype. So he has decided to build his own CNC machine and make these unique part himself.
