Larry Page and Eric Schmidt promises to “create a new industry” that
will overlay space exploration and natural resources.

Read the article to get some background on the topic but keep in mind that the “mystery company” mentioned is NOT the only player in the game.   There may be competition heating up to claim a grub stake in outer space.
